This is the reason that I don't want to get involved with elections, in particular those carrying little significance. Now, everybody is mad at each other, and Abian-ah is exposed as the one who can be bullied easily, at least from appearance.
TIW paid a visit to Abian-ah's mother, and after that, everything is in lined to support the DPP candidate. I always think that Abian-ah's stature is much higher than getting involved in a legislator election.
It is also true that because DPP could not get anything significant done with 68 seats in the congress, it really does not matter if they have 66 or 69 seats. Totally irrelevant! Now DPP is pulling all the stops to win a seat. Isn't it better to do real work and get the real job done? When will those damn Chiang-shit statues be removed and all lawsuits against common folks for doing DPP's job be thrown out?
That's a simple yardstick I hold to judge DPP and TIW. And they fail miserably so far.

To be honest, I am getting less and less impressed by Lai.(編者註:指賴清德) His logic thinking is not that great. Was Xi(指習近平) timid after DPP's 2016 victory? Hardly! Now, the victory of just one legislator seat will change the behavior of Xi? There are no correlations! Xi is only afraid of Trump. I understand that they are just campaign languages. However, by resorting to scare tactics instead of addressing the real reasons why the green camp people are losing faith, it indicates that DPP has learned very little from the defeat last year.
What amazed me the most is TIW's skin which is so thick that she was willing to visit Abian-ah's mother for the sake of election. What would TIW tell Abian-ah's mother? I bet she said "If I win the re-election in 2020, I will pardon Abian-ah. I cannot do it in this term because I only have 68 seats in congress, not 98, and it would hurt my re-election chances".
If pardoning Abian-ah would hurt her re-election chances, what would happen to her successor in 2024 if she indeed gets re-elected? Does she worry about the election in 2024 or it is no longer her business?
