【法理地至今未明】
日本昭和天皇裕仁，於1945年8月15日宣讀《終戰詔書》，宣布大日本帝國無條件投降。依據麥克阿瑟第一號軍令General Order No.1，日本外相重光葵於9月2日，代表日本天皇及日本政府，在東京灣密蘇里艦上簽署受降文件，正式結束日本地區的戰爭；9月9日岡村寧次日本陸軍總司令，在南京中國陸軍官校大禮堂，向何應欽簽署降書，結束中國地區戰役；9月28日土橋勇逸中將、擔任法屬印度支那總督，被授權向盧漢投降，結束了中國地區戰役；10月25日安藤立吉大將、日本陸軍第10方面軍司令官兼駐臺總督，向陳儀投降，結束台灣地區戰役。台灣自1945年10月25日，被蔣介石的中華民國政府軍事佔領統治至今，其二戰後的最終政治法理地位、the final political status quo仍然妾身未明。
【中國沒有台灣主權】
在過去的80年，即1945年至2025年，台灣人民被洗腦教育，誤認為自己是中國人、台灣是中國不可分割的一部分。其實，這是近代史上最大的謊言；因為日本在結束二戰太平洋戰區的和平文件、舊金山和平條約San Francisco Peace TreatyArt2-b，只宣佈放棄台澎的治權、產權與債權、Japan renounces all right, title and claim to Formosa and the Pescadores. 並沒有將領土主權，轉讓給任何國家，合約明文授權指定美國為台灣的主要佔領權國The Principal Occupying Power。遺憾的是，時下在台灣統治的中華民國、民進黨政府其外交部，至今仍然在他的官方網站、明列「台灣的國際法地位」說帖，大言不慚的說：日本政府自1945年10月25日，已經將台灣與澎湖列島之領土主權交予中華民國，並且有效行使管轄權。www.mofa.gov.tw/News_Content.aspx?n=783&s=60206
On August 15, 1945, Emperor Hirohito of Japan read out the Imperial Rescript of unconditional surrender of Japan in WWII. In accordance with MacArthur's General Order No.1, on September 2, Japanese Foreign Minister Shigemitsu Mamoru, on behalf of the Japanese Emperor and the Japanese government, signed the surrender document on the USS Missouri in Tokyo Bay, officially ending the war in Japan; on September 9, Japanese Army Commander-in-Chief Okamura Yasuji signed a surrender document to He Yingqin 何應欽in the auditorium of the Chinese Army Academy in Nanjing, ending the war in China; on September 28, Lieutenant General Tsuchihashi Yui, who served as the Governor-General of French Indochina, was authorized to surrender to Lu Han盧漢, ending the war in French Indo-China; on October 25, General Ando Ryukichi, commander of the Japanese Army's 10th Area Army and Governor-General in Taiwan, surrendered to Chen Yi 陳儀, ending the war in Formosa. Taiwan has been under the military occupation and rule by Chiang Kai-shek's 蔣介石KMT/ROC government since October 25, 1945. But, its final political status quo after WWII remains unknown.
In the past 80 years, from 1945 to 2025, the Taiwanese people have been brainwashed and educated to mistakenly believe that they were Chinese, and that Taiwan is an inalienable part of China. In fact, this is the biggest lie and ridiculous in modern history; because in the peace document ending the Pacific theater of World War II, the San Francisco Peace TreatyArt.2-b, Japan only renounces all right, title and claim to Formosa and the Pescadores. It did not transfer territorial sovereignty to any, except authorized the United States as the principal occupying power of Taiwan. Unfortunately, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the ROC and DPP is the ruling party, still clearly states on its official website that "Taiwan's international legal status" states brazenly: The Japanese government has handed over the territorial sovereignty of Taiwan and the Penghu Islands to the Republic of China since October 25, 1945, and has effectively exercised jurisdiction over them. www.mofa.gov.tw/News_Content.aspx?n=783&s=60206
In the past, during the Chiang’s era, Taiwanese society was ruled with swift and resolute force and high pressure. Following the 228 Massacre, there was a process of rural cleansing, white terror, and military martial law. After Chiang Ching-kuo's 蔣經國death, Mr. Democracy Lee Teng-hui 李登輝led Taiwan from the authoritarian era to a democratic system, and finally began directly electing the president and legislators in 1996. During the Lee Teng-hui era, it was declared that the ROC was in Taiwan, while Chen Shui-bian 陳水扁called the ROC is Taiwan. Ma Ying-jeou 馬英九said that Taiwan belongs to the ROC and recognized the one-China principle. Tsai Ing-wen 蔡英文advocated the ROC Taiwan. Although the current democratically elected President William Lai 賴清德inherited Tsai's proposition, he officially announced on March 13, 2025 that China is a foreign hostile force to Taiwan. This is indeed a resounding call that deserves recognition and applause. China has been suppressing Taiwan at everywhere in the international community; it is, of course, a truly foreign hostile force to Taiwan.
But then again, how should Taiwan position itself? Does the ROC only represent Taiwan, or does it want to represent China one day? On October 25, 1971, the international community adopted UN Resolution 2758, which formally recognized the PRC as the sole legitimate government representative of China. If Taiwan's democratically elected government continues to insist that it is the ROC, or the ROC Taiwan, it will be tantamount to making trouble for itself and sending itself to China to be beaten and to seek its own death. The 1.4 billion Chinese people have their own constitution, their own government, and a country recognized by the world. If Taiwan wants to represent China, it is really a pipe dream.
On March 14, 2025, President Trump also officially proclaimed the Alien and Sedition Act, which was enacted by the United States in 1798. The law raised the residency requirement for citizenship from five to 14 years, authorized the president to deport foreigners, and allowed their arrest, imprisonment, and deportation during war. In the past, the United States used this law as the primary basis for the detention, deportation, and restriction of immigrants from Germany, Austria-Hungary, Japan, and Italy during the War of 1812 (or American British War), WWI (1914-1918), and WWII (1941-1945). The internment of Japanese Americans during WWII is truly regrettable, and Congress, the president, and the courts have apologized for it. Under what circumstances can the President invoke the Alien Enemies Act? The president can invoke it in the event of a "declaration of war" or if a foreign government threatens or conducts an "invasion" or "predatory invasion" of U.S. territory.
Due to the development of technology and the Internet, the Communists are very good at using media propaganda to incite public opinion. South Korean President Yoon Seok-yeol 尹錫悅was nearly thrown into jail due to false accusations because of his firm anti-China and anti-communist stance. Fortunately, Trump's administration provided him with support, and he was finally able to make a comeback and save the situation. Under the manipulation of the KMT and the TPP, and unworthy legislators, Taiwan's defense and arms purchases, as well as social welfare relief, are almost cut in half or zero. Fortunately, Lai finally used his trump card, which is to deport and send back to China those Chinese spouses or people who advocate a military invasion of Taiwan. This is truly timely relief and very gratifying to the people. I hope that the people of Taiwan can wake up, overthrow the corrupt committee, stabilize Taiwan, and preserve a free and democratic Taiwan for our future generations.
