📌英國🇬🇧外交部發布聲明，對中國環台軍演升高台海緊張情勢及風險表達關切，重申台海和平與穩定對全球繁榮至關重要，同時表明支持印太地區的自由及開放

📌歐洲議會以高票通過歐盟🇪🇺「共同外交暨安全政策」及「共同安全暨防衛政策」兩項決議文，再度關切中國升高台海緊張情勢，並支持持續深化台歐盟多面向合作與交流

📌加拿大🇨🇦全球事務部發布社群媒體貼文指出，加國關切中國在台灣周邊的軍事演習，並表示這些威脅行動已升高區域緊張與不穩定情勢，影響全球安全與繁榮

📌澳大利亞🇦🇺外貿部發布聲明，重申相關軍演不成比例且破壞穩定，並已向中國提出關切

📌紐西蘭🇳🇿外貿部也在X平台同步表達關切，呼籲中國克制及避免破壞和平穩定的舉動。

中國對台灣及區域安全的威脅與破壞現狀的行徑，已是國際社會公認的 #麻煩製造者 ，我國政府將持續強化 #自我防衛能力 ，並深化與理念相近夥伴合作，共同捍衛以規則為基礎的國際秩序，也呼籲各國共同關切中國對台灣的軍事威脅、法律戰等 #灰色地帶脅迫，譴責中國片面升高區域緊張情勢的行徑💢

MOFA Minister Lin Chia-lung thanks the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, Global Affairs Canada, Australia's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and New Zealand's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade for expressing concern for heightening regional tensions in the wake of the PLA military exercises and to the European Parliament, which adopted two reports referencing the issue. 

The 🇬🇧FCDO statement reaffirmed the UK's interest in peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait, which, it added, is of critical importance to global prosperity, and our support for a free and open Indo-Pacific.

The 🇪🇺European Parliament adopted the report on the implementation of the common foreign and security policy and the report on the implementation of the common security and defence policy, which expressed concerns on rising tensions and called for enhanced cooperation and exchange with Taiwan.

🇨🇦Global Affairs Canada published a post on their foreign policy Facebook Page and X expressing deep concern about the exercises, referring to them as "threatening actions" which are "increasing tensions and destabilizing the region."

The 🇦🇺Australian statement called the military exercises disproportionate and destabilizing, citing the risk of "accident, miscalculation and escalation."

The 🇳🇿New Zealand ministry statement called for restraint and the avoidance of actions that may undermine peace and stability.

These statements and others represent a global consensus on the threat the PLA exercises pose to the status quo. We in Taiwan🇹🇼 have upgraded our self-defensive capabilities and are ready and willing to work alongside international partners to uphold the rules-based international order. We call on all countries to continue to express their concerns with regard to the PRC's militaristic threats and grey-zone tactics and to condemn unilateral attempts to subvert the status quo.
